Method
To cook the pasta:
Fresh pasta will only take 2 minutes.
Dried pasta will be about 6-8 minutes, follow cooking instructions on the packet.
In a pan, sauté the cherry tomatoes with the chilli and garlic and a touch of olive oil.
Add the wine and fish stock and season with salt to taste. Add the crab meat and cook for no longer than a minute, add the pasta, tossing regularly so the sauce coats the pasta, add parsley and serve immediately.
Grate some smoked ricotta over the top to finish.
